Suggest a better descriptionWHISK sugar and vinegar in a bowl until sugar dissolves, whisk in 2 tbs oil. Add coleslaw and herbs, season, toss. Heat remaining oil in a skillet. Add sausage, cook until browned, transfer to paper towels. *Spread mustard on bread, then sandwich with half the cheese, sausage, jalapeno and remaining cheese. Add 1/2 tbs butter to skillet, melt. Add sandwiches, cook until bread is golden and cheese melts. Transfer to a plate. SERVE WITH COLESLAW
