Suggest a better description- Stir together, honey, mustard and half of salt and pepper and set aside
- Place chicken on greased grill over medium heat about 8 minutes
- Brush with half of the honey mixture
- Grill until no longer pink inside, turning and brushing frequently with honey mixture
- Transfer to cutting board and tent with foil; let stand for 5 minutes and slice
- Cut each radicchio into four wedges (keeping root intact)
- Whisk together vinegar, oil and remaining salt and pepper and drizzle over radicchio
- Add to grill, covered, and turn once until lightly browned
- Transfer to platter, top with goat cheese and chives and serve
