Suggest a better descriptionIn a large bowl, combine 2 cups boiling water with the sugar and salt. Stir to dissolve. Cool completely. Add the chicken and refrigerator for 2 hours.
To make the sauce, put the parsley, cilantro, olive oil, vinegar, garlic and paprika into a processor and pulse until well combined. Do not puree.
Heat grill to medium. Remove chicken from the brine and pat dry. Toss chicken with 2 tablespoons of the sauce. Grill without moving until golden brown grill marks form, 5-6 minutes. Flip and grill another 5-6 minutes. Serve with the sauce.
