Suggest a better description1. Season the chicken breast to your liking (salt, pepper - cajun seasoning...). Cook in a saute pan with olive oil until they are cooked through.
2. Remove the chicken from the pan and let rest. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions. Reserve 1/4 cup of the water before draining.
3. In the same saute pan, cook bacon. Meanwhile, combine eggs, parmesan cheese, pesto, and a dash of salt and pepper. Whisk eggs together.
4. Once the bacon is cooked, add garlic and saute briefly.
5. Add the reserved pasta water and simmer for a moment before adding pasta to the pan.
6. Remove from heat and quickly add egg mixture, tossing to cook the eggs and coat the pasta.
7. Slice the chicken breasts and serve hot with additional parmesan cheese.
