season each crayfish tail with s&p
Spread over 1 tbsp of saffron butter over each tail
Place under hot grill for 6-8 mns until flesh is no longer opaque and spring to touch

50g butter, 2 tbsp minced ginger, 2 tsp sesame oil, 1 finely minced spring onion
