Suggest a better descriptionCook bacon in a skillet until crisp, cut in half, set aside. Soft boil eggs, bring a pan of water to a boil, lower eggs into water, cook 6 min. Remove eggs from boiling water, lower them into ice water, then peel. *Heat a grill. Combine 1 tbs oil, tomatoes, and garlic in a bowl. Season, toss, set aside. Cut head of lettuce crosswise in center of head to create two 1/2" thick round lettuce steaks. *Whisk remaining oil and paprika in a bowl, season. Brush on both sides of lettuce steaks, grill to give lettuce a little color. Put a lettuce steak on each plate. Cut eggs in half, arrange on top. Top with avocado, bacon, radishes, onion, and tomato mixture. Drizzle with oil and vinegar.
