Melt butter in large iron skillet over medium heat. Break eggs into skillet, breaking yoke & flip when each egg is a in solid disk., cook on other side.
When both eggs are cooked hard. put two slices of bread in skillet buttered side down.
Put eggs on each slice of bread, add one slice of cheese ti each egg. Put the remaining slces of bread on top of each stack, buttered side up.l
Grill sandwich about 6 mimutes until under side is toasty browned, flip and toast the other side.
Remove from grill and serve,
