1. preheat grill or broiler. grease rack or pan slice eggplant into 1/2 in thick slices.
2. sprinkle salt over eggplant let sit 15 min pat dry with paper towel.
3. meanwhile combine oil lemon and garlic salt in small bowl brush mixture over eggplant.
4. Grill eggplant turning once about 2 min each side.
