Suggest a better description1. Cut fish into 1/2 inch planks
2. Let fish soak in milk for 10 minutes
3. While fish is soaking, combine the juice of 1/2 a lime with sour cream, honey, hot sauce, and salt and pepper to make sauce.
4. Coat fish in seasoning.
5. Add oil to pan and get hot enough to where the oil is almost smoking. Dry fish until cooked.
6. Warm tortillas, then assemble tacos as follow: fish, mango pico, sour cream sauce, and a squeeze of lime.
7. Possibly do a spicy slaw with sauce?
