Dissolve yeast into 1/2 cup water. Proof yeast.
Mix all ingredients.
Knead 6-8 times.
Oil bowl to rise 30 minutes.
Section into 4 pieces.
Roll into 1/2 inch size circle.
Coat with oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Grill on both sides until browned, about 1 minute for each side. Use butter for coating before grilling.
Season with cinnamon and sugar if desired.
