Suggest a better descriptionIn a large bowl combine egg white, carrot, green onions, the shredded zucchini, garlic and pepper. Add ground beef; mix well. Shape mixture into four 3/4 inch thick patties.
For a charcoal grill, grill patties on the rack of an uncovered grill directly over medium coals for 12-14 minutes or until done, turning once halfway through grilling. Serve burgers on buns with spinach, tomato, and the thinly sliced zucchini.
