Amazing, Easy and really good!
Preheat grill.
Mince lamb, onion, parsley and garlic in a food processor. Transfer to a bowl and add spices and Panko. Divide into 8-10 protions. Form into a cylider 4" long and 1" wide. Insert a skewer through the length and form around the stick. Spray with nonstick spray and grill covered, turning occasionally. Cook approx 8 minutes. Serve with pita bread, sliced tomato, sliced onion and Tzatziki.
