Rinse wings, cut off wing tips only.Spray both sides of wings with cooking spray.Season wings with garlic powder,cayenne, and black pepper to taste(more pepper more heat).
Heat grill to medium heat,cook wings approx. 20 minutes on each side.I like the skin to bubble and crisp.
Remove from grill, add wings to a large bowl.Toss wings with hot sauce to taste.
Serve with garden salad and sweet potatoe fries if you like.
