Combine all ingredients and pour into a ziplock bag. Marinate the flank steak in a bag placed in a shallow pan. Place pan in the refrigerator and turnt the bag over occasionally for 2-12 hours.
Broil meat over hot coals for 5 minutes per side for rare meat. Slice meat on the diagonal across the grain.
Gross with baked potato, vegetable, salad, and hot bread.
