A tasty marinate for grilled lamb
1. Marinate - Mix together garlic, onion, lemon juice, coriander, olive oil, sherry, salt and pepper
2. Place Lamb Steaks into a plastic bag and pour in marinate, rub into lamb and refrigerate over night.
3. Heat grill
4. Remove lamb from bag, pat dry
5. Oil racks of grill and sear lamb to rare or medium rare at most.
