Grilled Marinated Shrimp
In a ziplock bag, combine ingredients and add shrimp.Seal, and marinate in refrigerator for 15 minutes to one hour.Preheat grill for medium-low heat.
Grill shrimp 3 minutes per side,or until opaque..May also be sauteed on top of the stove.Use vegetable broth and extra lemon juice to keep shrimp from sticking to the pan.Serve with green salad or veggies.Makes 2 protein servings-refrigerate half of the shrimp for another meal.
