A simple but great tasting marinade for boneless pork loin. One of the best recipes I have ever tried on grilled pork. If you enjoy the flavor of mustard you will love this!
Mix all ingredients except for the pork in a mixing bowl until well mixed. Add pork and refrigerate over night for at least 24 hours. Grill the pork over medium heat until fully cooked. You can also broil in the oven, but I prefer using the grill for a much better flavor. This can be served with any number of side dishes.
Once you have tried this you will use it again and again!
ENJOY!!
Be careful of over cooking. It will be dry if you cook it too much.
