Suggest a better descriptionPlace balsamic vinegar and brown sugar into a sauce pan. Bring to a simmer and reduce to about 1/3 to 1/4 cup. Reserve and cool to room temperature.
Clean grill well and heat to high.
Cut the peaches in half and remove pits. Brush with oil and place on hot grill. The peaches will caramelize the natural sugars.
Flip and cover the grill. Allow the peaches to cook and soften slightly.
Place in bowl with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
