Press cut side of peaches gently down to coat with this mixture Place under grill, preheated to high, and cook until sugar is caramelised Serve with ice cream, marscapone or toasted fingers of brioche [but dont ask *me* what the last two bloody things are :-) ] Allegedly serves 4 to 6, but I guess it depends how hungry you are.
