This tomato less pizza can make a whole meal alongside a tomato mozzarella salad.
Precook the crusts in the grill. Then grill all of the ingredients.
Mix the ricotta and oregano and season with salt and pepper.
Let the pizzas rest for 3 minutes before serving. Garnish with basil just before serving.
