1. Combine plum jelly,(or plum jam, plum sauce), lime juice, scallions, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
2. Rub tenderloins with oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill meat in a large saute pan, over hot fire until browned on all sides and an instant read thermometer reads 145 degrees F, about 10-12 minutes. Be sure meat is browned all over then apply plum jelly and cook about a minute longer. Transfer to a platter, tent with foil to keep warm, let rest 10 minutes.
3. Slice pork and serve with extra glaze.
