I just break them off from the stems and clean them with a damp cloth. Do not wash. They absorb too much water. Marinate them in a ziplock bag with whatever Italian salad dressing you have on hand. I have used bottled and homemade and my family seems to like them both about the same. Then grill them about 2 to 3 minutes on each side until done to your liking.
