Heat Grill to a medium-high heat abouit 3 minutes; or heat coals until glowing red.
Grill Steaks abouit 4-7 minutes per side or to desired doneness
In a large skillett saute shalot in 1 tbsp. butter add mango sauce and red wine, let liquid reduce by half the volume. Melt Remaining butter into sauce.
Remove steaks to a plate
Pour wine sauce over steaks to serve.
