In a small bowl mix the butter, olive oil and honey, mix in soy sauce and sugar.
Place the Salmon in a shallow dish, marinade and cover. Place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, but not longer than an hour.
Remove from the marinade and place on a sheet on the grill. Coat the salmon with the remaining marinade grilling both sides till salmon is done.
