Suggest a better descriptionPreheat the grill. Place the scallops in a grill pan in a single layer. Take the new seasons garlic, peel off the outer layer and then break off the cloves and finely slice them, then place some of the garlic on top of each scallop along with the tomato, olive oil, sea salt and tabasco.
