Suggest a better descriptionIn bowl toss together the shrimp with the olive oil, basil, and black pepper. Lay out the ham slices on the counter, place a shrimp at the beginning of each slice. Roll the ham tightly around the shrimp. Skewer the shrimp.
Heat grill on medium high, lightly oil grill and cook for about 3 minutes on each side until the ham is crispy and the shrimp is cooked through. Serve with a drizzle of port wine syrup.
