For marinade:
Mix together first 8 ingredients. Add shrimp. Let marinate for 5-6 hours.
For sauce:
Mix together remaining ingredients in food processor or blender until sauce consistency. Chill for at least one hour.
Grill shrimp until lightly browned. Serve with sauce.
