Suggest a better descriptionPlace the chicken breasts on a cutting board. Coat both sides of the chicken breasts with the juice of the lime. Take the garlic and rub into both sides of the chicken breasts evenly. Let the chicken stand for approximately 5 minutes while you prepare the cilantro sauce.
Mix together the yogurt, sour cream and fresh cilantro. Add the juice of the second lime. Add the salt and pepper and mix well. Place the chicken in a labeled 1 gallon freezer bag. Put the cilantro sauce in a freezer bag and and the cheese in a sandwich bag. Label and freeze.
To serve, thaw the contents of all the bags. Heat a Grill and let cook for 5 to 6 minutes on the grill.
