Great Tex-Mex favorite entirely cooked on the grill.
Heat grill to medium high heat.
Rub taco seasoning on both sides of steak.
Chop onions and peppers and toss lightly with vegetable oil in large cast iron skillet.
Cover skillet with foil and place on grill. Check vegetables frequently to prevent burning. When about 1/2 way cooked (5 minutes or so) place steak on hottest part of grill.
Sear meat quickly on both sides, about 3 minutes each.
Remove meat from grill and allow to rest 5 minutes.
Remove skillet of peppers and onions from grill and keep covered.
Slice meat on the bias and it's ready to serve.
