Suggest a better descriptionCombine ingredients and coat steak with thin layer of mixture. Sit at room temperature for 1 hour. Head grill to high (450-550), rub grates with vegetable oil. Cook until grill marks appear on bottom and steaks are lightly charred, 4-5 minutes. Flip and cook until steaks are desired doneness. 4 minutes more for medium rare, 6 for medium well. Let steaks sit on cutting board to rest 5-10 minutes.
