1) For Blue Cheese Herb Butter: place butter and blue cheese in 1 qt. batter bowl. Add green onion, lemon juice and black pepper; mix until well blended.
2) Prepare grill for cooking at medium temperature. For steaks, press garlic cloves. Spread garlic evenly over both sides of steaks. Sprinkle both sides with salt and black pepper.
3) Place steaks on grid of grill. Grill, uncovered, 6-8 minutes for medium rare, turning occasionally using tongs. Top steaks with savory butter.
