1. Prepare grill.
2. To prepare dressing, combine first eight ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well with a whisk. Add mint.
3. To prepare the fruit, place fruit on a grill rack coated with cooking spray. Brush the tops with the dressing. Grill 3 minutes on each side. Remove from grill.
4. Serve in dressing. OPTIONAL Sprinkle brown sugar on top.
