This recipe originally came from Quick Cooking. The time it takes to cook can vary a lot depending upon the heat of the fire, the size of sweet potato, or how you package it up. When we are in a hurry, I have even cut it into chunks, and divided equally between four pieces of foil. Easy, healthy, and goes great with pork chops or grilled ham. It is frequently on our camping menu. Sometimes I have put the honey on before grilling, and it works out fine. This private recipe can be shared with this url .
