Grilling tilapia in the Rangemate in microwave
Preheat Rangemate in microwave, with top on, for 2 mins. Place 2 filets in the Rangemate, split the seasonings between the two filets. With half the lemon, squeeze the lemon juice over the filets, place a dot of butter over each filet, then slice the other half of lemon cut 2 thin slices & place a slice on each filet. Then place a spring of thyme or oregano on top of each filet. Place top on Rangemate & cook in microwave for 2 mins, check doneness & then cook additional minute if needed. After cooked, remove filets & add a teaspoon or 2 of water to the Rangemate, a dot of butter ,& remaining lemons juiced & place top back on & put in microwave for about 20 seconds then shake Rangemate & pour sauce over each filet. Serve with steamed broccoli or another steamed veggie, & Enjoy!
