1) season the inside of each fish with a good squeeze of lemon juice, a little salt and pepper. Rub the outside with the oil, then more lemon juice and pepper.
2) grill under a moderate heat for 10 mins, turning halfway through then sprinkle the almonds on top and return to the oven for a further 2 mins
Serve with steamed broccoli and 3 baby small potatoes
