Suggest a better description1. Combine broth, salt, rosemary, sage, thyme in a large stock pot. Bring to a boil, stirring until salt is dissolved. Let cool.
2. Pour mixture into a clean 5 gallon pail, add 1 gallon ice water and cleaned turkey. Refrigerate overnight.
3. Remove turkey from brine, rinse well, pat dry, air dry for 30 minutes.
4. Set grill for indirect cooking at 325.
5. Coat turkey with olive oil, butter, garlic salt & rosemary.
6. Grill indirect for approx. 2 hours until thermometer registers 165 in the breast.
