simple grilled vegitables
1) prep onions and peppers; toss in oil (avacado or Sunflower seed); set aside 2) Prep squash and rub with oil; dust flat cut side with lemon pepper 3) start grill with vegetable baskets at 500 degrees 4) add Vegs; toss at 5 minutes; should be done at 10 minutes total, starting to show grill marks 5) save in warmed dish covered with foil; keep warm ... Not hot 6) reduce heat to med high; place squash skin side down directly on grill; flip at 5 minutes; remove at 2 minutes and save in warmed dish , cover with foil and keep warm.
