Suggest a better description1. Prepare the grill for Direct High heat.
2. In a small sauce pan pour the wine and brown sugar. Still well and bring to a boil. Turn down the heat and simmer until reduced
to a glaze, about 20 to 25 minutes.
3. Brush the peaches with EVOO and salt and pepper. Place on the hot grill, about 1 minute per side, to mark. When warm pull
from the grill and place on a warm plate.
4. Brush the peaches with the glaze and place on the serving plate. Lay the cheese over the peaches and drizzle some more glaze
over the fruit and cheese.
