Suggest a better descriptionMix dry ingredients thoroughly
Add mixture to ground beef, hand mix well
Using jerky tray, roll sheets separated by wax paper
Freeze sheets overnight
Cut sheet into 1" wide pieces
Smoke jerky at 150 degrees with hickory for 3 hours rotating racks
Continue baking in the smoker for another 3 hours at 150 (no smoke)
Finish off in the dehydrater 6-8 hours (varies)
