In stockpot over medium high heat sauté hamburger and onion until cooked through. Add carrots and celery and potatoes sauté for 10 minutes.or until softened. Add broth tomatoes basil and oregano and stir. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes stirring occasionally. Add pasta frozen spinach beans and cook for ten minutes or until pasta is tender.season with salt and pepper. Serve with Parmesan cheese. Makes 14 servings
