Savory hoisin based ground pork cooked with diced chives. Served well over rice.
1) Cook your rice.
2) Finely dice the fresh chives and set aside.
3) Mix the hoisin, soy and oyster sauces together. Add a small pinch of minced garlic as well as the salt and sugar. Mix well and add to the ground pork.
4) Add a little bit of vegetable or cooking oil to your pan (wok is preferable) and cook the pork.
5) When your pork is almost done cooking, add in the diced chives and stir in.
Serve over rice and enjoy,
