Cook crepes as directed then layer the crepe with the greek/creem cheese mix, add spinach, canadian bacon with melted bri cheese, tomato (salt and pepper), mushrooms, avacado and add the hot and spicy mayo. Fold the crepe and serve.
Purchase a crepe pan and spatula to make a perfect crepe. I found my crepe pan and spatula at William Sonoma and Crate and Barrel.
