Pit and scoop avocados into bowl. Chop garlic, then mash into a paste with 1 t salt. Add to avocados. Add jalapenos, juice of 1 1/2 lemons and onions; mash until smooth. Dress the arugula and tomatoes with juice of 1/2 lemon and olive oil;; season with 1/4 t salt and the pepper. Place in serving bowl. Top with arugula and tomatoes. Sprinkle bacon over dip; serve with crackers.
