Suggest a better description1. Cut avocados in half and scoop out the inside into a bowl. Discard all but one of the seeds.
2. Using a fork, mash the avocado into as smooth a consistency as possible. Mash one avocado at a time before you add another
to the bowl.
3. Squeeze the juice of the ½ lime into the bowl.
4. Add garlic (or powder), black pepper (to taste), cilantro, salsa and green onion.
5. Mix well and add one of the avocado seeds to the mix. This helps keep it fresh, but don’t eat it.
6. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for a few hours so that the flavors blend.
7. Mix again before serving.
