Original recipe from Rick Bayless - Frontera Margaritas, Guacamole, and Snacks (p172)
Dice strawberries, onions, pepper, cilantro. Rinse onion under cold water. Peel and smash avocado to smooth consistency, fold in other ingredients until mixed. Transfer to a serving dish and cover with Seran wrap, gently pushing down onto surface of guacamole. Wrap a second time and refrigerate until ready to serve (no more than a few hours).
