2 large ripe Avocados (I used this 3 in 1 avocado slicer to peel, pit & slice)
1 medium tomato - chopped (I LOVE a good tomato knife)
1 small bunch green onions - chopped
1 green chile pepper - seeded & chopped(optional)
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
1 clove garlic -crushed (this garlic press is perfect for that)
3 Tablespoons Lime juice ( I usually just juice one lime. This citrus squeezer is my favorite)
Cilantro
Peel, slice and chop avocados. I use this knife and I love it! It makes slicing, pitting and peeling a breeze.
Place avocados in a medium bowl and start mashing. I like mine a little chunky, but you can certainly mash until you reach the consistency you desire.
Add chopped tomato, onion, garlic and chiles and mix thoroughly.
Add salt, pepper and lime juice. Stir.
Garish with cilantro
Serve immediately!
