This is a great Ohio soup. Keeps you warm.
Brown meat, jalapenos and onions (not dark)
add tomato paste and paprika
add chilli sauce and broth
bring to boil and reduce to simmer until meat is tender
add cream
add flour and water to thicken
add beans
add dill
Half recipe serves 2-3 people with leftovers.
Try adding cumin, red wine, corn and cilantro
Works well with bratwurst and chorizo as substitute meats.
