rolled oats
Freeze for 2-3 hours
Chocolate peanut butter powder
Dates Puréed in food processor
Cinnamon
Add some water and mix well
Line cupcake base and pat it tight
Coconut yogurt with a dash of organic plant stevia powder
Top up yogurt on base and fruits of your choice
I've used seasonal peaches and cherry with pumpkin seeds
Freeze for 2-3 hours
Enjoy one a day

Pumpkin seeds
Organic stevia - 1/4tsp
