Suggest a better descriptionI mixed this all up, but it seemed a little thin, so I added 2 tbsp of flour (it may need more, and finally) 2 eggs. I poured this into a nilla wafer crust, but I suggest you use a springform pan because it will rise. Bake at 350 F for about 40 minutes. It tastes pretty good, but it doesnt hold together all that well. Next time Ill try an extra egg. Have fun! The cheesecake comes out a pale tan. You might be able to mix it with a chocolate cheesecake mix for a "black and tan". * The Polka Dot Palace BBS 1-201-822-3627.
