A southern take on deviled crab that has a nice heat from hot sauce and seafood spices.

In a mixing bowl combine the lump claw meat, chopped peppers and celery, garlic salt, Tabasco sauce, and salt and pepper. Add low country boil seasoning. Add mixture into a crab shell and pack thickly making sure to mash the crab mix in. Add the shell with meat side down to a skilled and cook until golden brow. Flip over the shell so to cook the meat from the shell side.
Garnish heavily with parsley.
